Our Programs: Building Confident, Purposeful Youth
At Reflective Girls (RG), our programs are designed to help youth grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Each program blends reflection with real-world skills, empowering young people to meet life’s challenges while contributing meaningfully to their communities.
Foundations for life: Food, Shelter, Clothing
Our work is rooted in these three essential foundations of life. These pillars guide how we teach leadership, responsibility, and opportunity, making our programs accessible and impactful for all youth, regardless of age or background.
Food: Sustainability & Entrepreneurship
This program introduces youth to food systems as a pathway to leadership, health, and economic empowerment. They learn about food sources, urban agriculture, nutrition, and basic entrepreneurship through food-based projects.
Shelter: Stability & Workforce Skills
The Shelter program helps youth understand the importance of stability, safety, and preparation for adulthood. They explore career pathways in construction and design, learn basic workforce skills, and plan for housing and community.
Clothing: Expression & Innovation
This program explores the world of fashion and personal expression as a tool for self-discovery and innovation. Youth learn about design, upcycling, ethical consumption, and creative entrepreneurship through clothing-based projects.
