Although our name highlights girls, Reflective Girls is inclusive of all youth, celebrating girl leadership while teaching everyone to lead powerfully together.

Founder
Marcina Fuller is a Career & Technical Education (CTE) educator with over 15 years of service in Decatur Public School District #61. She is a graduate of Millikin University, holding a bachelors' degree in Organizational Leadership, and brings extensive experience in youth development, workforce preparation, and community engagement. Marcina founded Reflective Girls to create what she knew youth needed most: a space to reflect, grow, and become confident leaders prepared for life, careers, and purpose.
